The human experience is a path of struggle and hardship. However, its also uniquely beautiful and worthwhile. Growth can be uncomfortable and awkward, but it’s also the foundation of self-evolution and growth. My goal is to help you process life events, trauma, mental health and acquire resilience. I take a holistic approach in managing trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, relationships, life changes, and burn-out/compassion fatigue. I am a mental health advocate and believe in education to help reduce stigma and to help encourage growth. Working with adolescents, young adults, veterans, and first responders I understand that healing is not always a linear process and I take pride in meeting you where you are.
“Vulnerability is the birthplace of love, belonging, joy, courage, empathy, and creativity. It is the source of hope, empathy, accountability, and authenticity. If we want greater clarity in our purpose or deeper and more meaningful spiritual lives, vulnerability is the path.” -Brené Brown

Sometimes in life we can feel stuck, helpless, alone, or have difficulty determining how to move forward from an event that we experienced. Sometimes we feel like it is impossible to feel joy again. It is my goal to help you determine your individual skills and strengths in order to become your best self. I am passionate about helping others with grief, anxiety management, bettering relationships, adjusting to life changes, and educating others about mental health.
I believe in a multi-faceted and evidenced-based approach to counseling. I strive to meet people where they are and help them set goals for a path forward. I believe the relationship between counselor and client is key to successful outcomes. I work with adults, adolescents, couples, groups, and current and former educators.

Life is a journey filled with both joy and sorrow, peace and struggle. We all face moments of loneliness, sadness, loss, and conflict. These moments are a part of every human experience and a result of living in an imperfect world. While pain and discomfort are inevitable, we don’t have to face them alone.
In the midst of life’s challenges, there is also love, hope, and the possibility for growth. My goal is to walk alongside you through the difficult times and offer compassion, perspective, and support. I will strive to create a space where you feel safe, heard, and genuinely valued.
I work with children, adolescents, and adults to manage stress, anxiety, anger, and grief. I also support individuals and families navigating behavioral challenges, relationship issues, and parenting concerns. With eight years of experience working with adolescents and as a parent myself, I bring both professional expertise and personal understanding to my work.
Reaching out for help can feel intimidating, but it’s a courageous and important step toward healing and transformation. As David Kessler wisely said, “What we run from pursues us, but what we face transforms us.”
It’s time to stop running and begin the process of transformation. I’m here to support you.
